• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of an agreed advance payment (or full payment as applicable).
• GF Electronics reserves the right to decline an order at its discretion.
• Cancellation of a confirmed order may attract a cancellation charge to cover production or procurement costs already incurred.
• For custom-built or made-to-order products, advance payments are non-refundable once production has commenced.

6. Delivery
